The setup
Who the story follows and what goes wrong for them, in a few honest sentences. Nothing past the opening chapters.
What makes it funny
The actual joke, voice or running gag. If it’s bone-dry, we say so. If it’s total chaos, we say that too.
Who it’s for
The kind of reader who tends to love it, plus anything worth knowing first, like series order or a darker streak.

Every page lists its sources, so you can check our work or keep reading about the book.

How the pages get made
Research first. Then a second look.
We research each book with help from AI, drawing on publishers, reviews, reading samples and what readers have said. Then a separate check goes back through those sources and confirms every claim before the page goes up. When it’s a close call whether a book is really funny, a person decides.
